So, if you want to really reduce the effects of ageing and feel better
than ever you’d better join a gym, start circuit training and
preparing for a marathon, right?
Wrong.
You only have to do a
few simple, things to enjoy the full effects of our facial massages
and anti-ageing treatments.
Try to drink plenty of water – five or six glasses a day.
Take some gentle exercise. Walk up the stairs, instead of using the
lift, go for the occasional walk, try to stand up and walk away from
your desk occasionally at work. Maybe you could try 5 Tibetan exercises.

If you’re a smoker please try to give up.
And, of course, eat sensibly. That means go easy on the alcohol.
And try, if you can, to eat your five fruit and veg a day.
Of course that’s
not always possible to do, especially if you live a busy lifestyle.

Very
important tip to stay younger for longer: RELAX and avoid stress.
